Chip directs the talent strategy at Builders Vision, specializing in sourcing high-level professionals who thrive at the intersection of impact, innovation, and philanthropy. Chip serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Builders Vision, where he leads the organization’s efforts to identify and cultivate high-level professionals dedicated to environmental and social impact. With over two decades of experience in talent management and recruitment strategy, Chip specializes in building high-performing teams and scalable labor programs that align human capital with long-term business goals.

Prior to joining Builders Vision, Chip was the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition & Management at tms (The Marketing Store). In this role, he transformed recruitment strategies across Chicago and London, driving significant increases in candidate quality and internal promotions. He also spearheaded the organization’s diversity hiring initiatives and early career development programs, fostering stronger partnerships with universities to enhance pipeline diversity.

Earlier in his career, Chip held leadership roles at Stericycle, where he built the company’s inaugural contingent talent program from the ground up, and at TAPFIN, where he managed large-scale labor programs for global organizations like Pfizer and AbbVie. Throughout his career, Chip has been a dedicated mentor, having led and coached teams of over 40 recruiters to deliver excellence in candidate experience and operational efficiency.

Chip studied Business Administration at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama. Outside of his professional work, he is passionate about mentorship and youth leadership development. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Chicago’s food scene, sporting events, traveling, or spending time with his family.
