Prior to joining Builders Vision, Kristi spent 10 years in event management at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she oversaw a portfolio of client-facing events, developing and executing tailored strategies to ensure maximum ROI for ultra-high-net-worth clients. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, she collaborated closely with business teams to align event goals with broader organizational strategies. She led a team of skilled event planners, focusing on professional development, cross-location collaboration, and process optimization.
Before joining J.P. Morgan, Kristi held leadership roles at Jasculca Terman and Associates, where she honed her skills in international event planning, VIP management, and protocol, working closely with renowned public figures, including Presidents, Nobel Peace Prize laureates, and philanthropists. Kristi earned her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University.
