Prior to joining Builders Vision, Santiago served as the Lead Technical Support Specialist at Northwestern University. In this role, he guided a help desk team and spearheaded critical IT projects for the Alumni Relations and Development office, developing a robust skillset in project management and high-touch stakeholder support.
