Prior to joining Builders Vision, Sydney worked at Kirkland & Ellis, where she supported the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer, contributing to cross-functional initiatives, large-scale events, and operational projects throughout the firm. That experience strengthened her ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across teams. Sydney is especially energized by work that blends operational excellence with purpose, and she values being part of organizations that are building long-term, positive impact. She is known for her attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
Outside of work, you can find Sydney on the golf course or tennis court with her family, cooking and hosting creative dinners, or staying active at the gym. She lives in Chicago with her husband, Quinn, and is rarely without a travel plan, a dinner party idea, or a new project in the works.
