Erica serves as Office Manager and Receptionist at our San Francisco office, where she leads day-to-day operations with care and attention to detail to create a welcoming, well-run workplace while focusing on projects, events, and fostering a positive company culture.
After living abroad in France and Denmark, Erica earned a degree in Fashion & Retail Management from the Art Institute. She went on to hold sales and education management roles with several clean beauty and skincare brands before pivoting to utilize her people and organizational skills as the Office Experience Manager at an investment advisory firm.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, practicing Pilates and strength training, baking, cooking plant-based meals, spending time with her wire-haired dachshund, Houdini, or raising a glass at her family’s vineyard.
