Grants Management Associate, Builders Initiative
Florie Lindsay is a Grants Management Associate at Builders Initiative. She provides operational and administrative support for grant and contract processing throughout Builders Initiative’s grantmaking cycle. This support extends from communicating with grantee partners and Program Officers in establishing grants, through the payment and reporting processes.
Prior to joining Builders Initiative, Florie worked for non-profit organizations within the housing and K-12 education access spaces, providing program coordination support. Her non-profit experience led her to see firsthand the impact philanthropy can have on communities, and she continues to volunteer locally.
Florie earned joint undergraduate degrees in International Studies and French from Benedictine College. In her free time, you can find her cooking, reading, or exploring the mountains with her husband and dog.
