Katherine Moldow
Investment Associate, Builders Vision
Before joining Builder’s Vision, Katherine was an Associate at Powerhouse, where she sourced and diligenced cleantech investments across seed to Series B stages for clients like Google, The Rockefeller Foundation, NextEra Energy, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. She specialized in long-duration energy storage, artificial intelligence, nuclear fusion, distributed energy resources, and virtual power plants, developing techno-economic analyses to evaluate emerging climate technologies.
Prior to Powerhouse, she was an Investment Associate at Plug and Play Venture Capital, where she led sustainability investments, bringing 10 deals to the Investment Committee with a 100% approval rate.
Katherine holds a BS in Environmental Policy and MS in Earth Systems Science from Stanford University. She is the Founding Co-President of Stanford Alumni in Climate Tech and a Founding Member of the Climate Positive Investing Alliance. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing, freediving, marine conservation, crossword puzzles, and crochet.
