Katie Scott is a seasoned Corporate Paralegal with over a decade of experience supporting high-functioning legal departments across multinational corporations. Known for thriving in high-pressure environments and managing complex legal operations, she brings a strong foundation in corporate governance, compliance, and transactional support.
In her current role, Katie serves as a key liaison for internal legal processes, supporting whistleblower investigations, litigation coordination, KYC documentation, and executive administration for the General Counsel. Prior to this, she held impactful paralegal roles at a Japanese Heavy Equipment Manufacturer and a MRO Distributer, where she led entity management for over 160 entities, assisted in M&A and finance closings, and supported SECreporting processes.
Katie holds a Paralegal Certificate from the College of Lake County and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Illinois State University. She is also a Notary Public. In her free time, Katie enjoys live music and spending time with her Corgi Gibbs.
