Kinga Ryczek
People Specialist, Builders Vision
Kinga Ryczek is a People Specialist at Builders Vision and helps with onboarding new team members, encouraging a positive office environment, and overseeing the organization's Virtual Assistant Program. She also provides administrative support to her executives, including meeting and calendar management, written and verbal correspondence, and coordinating special projects.
Kinga brought her C-suite administrative management skills to Builders Vision after working for private families as an assistant and household manager. She respects the values that volunteering and giving back to her community represent with organizations focused on underserved youth and military members.
Kinga earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from DePaul University. Born in Poland and raised in the city of Chicago, Kinga now loves everything the suburbs have to offer since relocating. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, and spending time with her rescue dog.
