She leads and contributes to key people programs and cross-functional initiatives, including performance and engagement cycles, and develops tools and resources that help teams work more effectively. Her work also supports operational coordination across the office, ensuring teams have the support they need. Kinga plays an active role in shaping company culture, supporting initiatives that strengthen engagement, connection and well-being while fostering a positive workplace.
Originally from Poland and raised in Chicago, Kinga celebrates her heritage while embracing the city that shaped her. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking and baking, refining her Pilates practice and spending time with her rescue dog.
