Prior to joining Builders Vision, Lisa supported C-suite executives in the fast-paced fashion industry in New York City, where she developed a strong foundation in executive support and stakeholder management. She also spent time in the bridal industry as a stylist, helping brides find their wedding dresses—an experience that sharpened her strengths in empathy, relationship-building, and creating meaningful, memorable experiences.
At Builders Vision, Lisa plays a key role in supporting internal events and programming that strengthen office culture, including Culture and Heritage Month initiatives, all-staff retreats, and holiday celebrations. She brings an intentional, people-first approach to every experience, balancing logistics with impact.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants and hosting dinner parties. She especially adores her rescue dog, Huck, who is never far from her side.
