Maddi is joining Builders Vision as the Director for Clean Energy Philanthropy, with a strong focus on financing and scaling clean industrial manufacturing and power generation.
Maddi has had the good fortune to work with Builders Vision for the last 1.5 years as a consultant focused on the organization’s clean energy priorities. Prior to that, she served as the Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer in the Biden White House, where she worked across government and industry on climate topics ranging from low-carbon manufacturing to clean electricity to sustainable supply chains. She has also spent time as a climate tech investor at DBL Partners and as a strategy consultant at the Gates Foundation and Bain & Company. Maddi holds a BBA from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Northwestern University, and an MPP from Harvard University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outside, wrangling her newborn, toddler and (very opinionated) dog, cooking, reading fiction, and obsessing over Michigan-based sports teams.
