Marcos Martinez specializes in deploying hardware, managing software systems, and providing expert technical support to ensure seamless operations and team productivity.
Marcos most recently spent three years as a vital member of the Technology and Infrastructure team at Northwestern University after getting his Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University. During his time there, he was responsible for maintaining high-level system uptime and supporting the diverse hardware and software needs of the institution. This experience sharpened his ability to manage large-scale infrastructure while delivering prompt, user-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Outside of his work, Marcos has a love for rhythm and competition. When he’s not troubleshooting hardware or optimizing software, you can usually find him behind a drum kit or on the basketball court. Marcos brings the same dedication to teamwork and precision to his IT career. He believes that the best technical support is built on effective communication, a steady hand, and a commitment to helping the entire organization win.
