Matt Dauby manages accounting for multiple entity types while driving efficiency through automation and process optimization.
Prior to Builders Vision, Matt started his career with 1 year at The Carlyle Group and has spent the last 8 years at Golub Capital as an Accounting Manager. With a background spanning private credit, private equity, fund accounting, financial reporting, and business operations, he has spent his career helping investment organizations build strong financial foundations and improve decision-making through data-driven insights.
Matt earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Marketing from Virginia Tech, where he also played on the VT Baseball team for 5 years and was a 3-time recipient of the ACC’s Top Six for Service Award.
In his free time, Matt enjoys all things fitness and health, traveling the world, and coaching baseball.
