With over a decade of experience in Information Technology, Santiago has built a robust skill set in technical support, project management, and team leadership.
Before joining BV, he was the Lead Technical Support Specialist at Northwestern University, where he guided a help desk team and spearheaded IT projects for the Alumni Relations and Development office.
A lifelong Chicagoan, Santiago earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. Outside of work, he is passionate about technology, reading, and fitness. As an avid runner, he has completed four marathons, a pursuit that reflects his personal drive and dedication.
