Sydney partners across teams to manage budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. She also supports treasury operations, inter-entity coordination, and enterprise risk management, helping ensure BV’s financial systems and processes are efficient, transparent, and strategically aligned. After graduating from Mizzou’s accounting program and acquiring her CPA license, Sydney worked as a consultant for two years under Protiviti’s Internal Audit and Financial Advisory team. She then transitioned to Northern Trust’s Hedge Fund Services group, where she spent the last five years working cross-functionally between the Investor Services and Investor Accounting teams.
When she’s not knee deep in spreadsheets, Sydney enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two beloved cats, Dylan and Dixie. She loves traveling, cooking, painting, and exploring Chicago’s art and food scenes. A lifelong learner with a curiosity for culture and connection, she finds joy in discovering new places and creative pursuits.
