Tom is a finance professional with more than 11 years of progressive experience in PE-backed and high-growth environments. He has built a track record as a strategic partner to the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board, standing up scalable finance functions, leading M&A transactions, and driving the operational improvements that maximize enterprise value.
Before joining Builders Vision, Tom spent two years as VP of Finance at Zaelab/Techmates Group, an IT services consulting firm, following finance leadership roles across a range of startups in technology, data, and sports. Earlier in his career, he spent six years in Finance and Media Strategy at the NFL League Office and got his start in Deloitte’s Financial Services group. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
When he’s not in the numbers, Tom is happiest playing outside in the sun with his son, Bo, or posted up at the beach with his family and a good book. He loves trying out new restaurants with his wife and rooting on the Kansas City Chiefs and USC Trojans football teams.
