Having previously served as an Investment Associate on Cambridge Associates’ Sustainable and Impact Investing team, Xade has sourced and diligenced over $1 billion in private investment commitments while developing innovative frameworks to evaluate social and environmental equity integration across managers. His research explores the value of incorporating Indigenous economic principles into investment strategies, particularly in sustainable agriculture and community development. A graduate of Vassar College with a B.A. in Economics and a concentration in Prison Studies, Xade brings a unique perspective to the intersection of finance, sustainability and social impact.
