Yana Barthel leads Total Rewards and People Operations at Builders Vision, designing scalable compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR technology programs that support growth, equity, and strong employee experience.
Prior to joining Builders Vision, Yana Barthel worked in payroll, benefits, and HR operations roles within investment and asset management organizations, where she supported complex environments and specialized in payroll administration, benefits strategy, compliance, and HR technology. Originally from Eastern Europe, Yana holds dual master’s degrees from Kursk State University and an associate degree in accounting and finance. Based in the Chicago metro area, she enjoys Pilates and yoga, hiking, and spending time with her family, and brings a practical, data-driven, and people-centered approach to her work.
