To ensure we achieve enduring impact, lasting reach and organizational resilience, Lukas Walton has built a new Board of Directors for Builders Vision that will work with our team to take us into the future. We are pleased to welcome six members to our inaugural Board of Directors: Monica Adractas, Kate Brandt, Carole Brown, Jack Markell, Jennifer Pryce and Shundrawn Thomas.
This diverse and experienced group of leaders will bring global financial, policy, investing and organizational perspectives that will bolster our systems approach and accelerate market growth across food & agriculture, energy and oceans.

Monica Adractas, Lead Independent Director, is an experienced technology executive, investor and board leader. Most recently, she served as Managing Director, Head of Growth Equity Investments, and Head of the San Francisco Office at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (USA).
Kate Brandt is Chief Sustainability Officer at Google and previously served as the first Federal Chief Sustainability Officer of the United States. She brings extensive experience translating ambitious sustainability goals into practical strategies and programs.
Carole Brown brings more than 35 years of experience across asset management, capital markets and public finance. She most recently led PNC Financial Services’ Asset Management Group and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the City of Chicago.
Jack Markell has held leadership roles across the public and private sectors, including serving two terms as Governor of Delaware and as U.S. Ambassador to Italy and San Marino and to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. He brings extensive experience building partnerships across business and government.
Jennifer Pryce is President and CEO of Calvert Impact, where she has helped mobilize private capital to address social, environmental and economic challenges. She has spent her career building connections between traditional capital markets and mission-driven investing.
Shundrawn Thomas is Founder and Managing Partner of Copia Capital and previously served as President of Northern Trust Asset Management. He brings deep investment and organizational leadership experience.
